What do guys like about a girl?

Guys like girls who take good care of themselves. This isn't about model beauty. This is about clean hair, smelling good, exercising. By taking care of yourself, you send out the message that you care about yourself. Guys like this!
Guys like girls who have a life. They like it when you aren't always available. They like to know that if they like you, you aren't going to be needing them all the time.
Guys like girls who have a sense of humor. This is one of the most underestimated attributes. Let's face it, who all love someone who laughs (especially at our jokes) and knows how to have fun.
Guys like girls who don't try to hard. Once again, the message you send when you try too hard is that you are desperate. They want to think that they lucked out by getting you.
Guys like girls who listen to them and find them interesting. Don't fake it, but don't try to "get" a guy if you don't think he is interesting.
Guys like girls who have fun with their girlfriends (friends). They want to know that if they are going to watch the game on Saturday night, you aren't going to fall apart. They like girls who can have a good time without them.
Guys like girls who sincerely like them. So...instead of thinking, "I want a boyfriend" think, "I am looking forward to meeting a guy I like who likes me back".

How do you know a guy likes you?
- He stares at you a lot
- He smiles at you when he sees you
- He flirts with you
- He talks to everyone around you but never directly to you, although who is probably paying attention to your reaction to his jokes, etc.
- He makes sure he is included in group plans of which you are a part of.
- He attends parties that he knows or thinks you will be attending also.
- His voice gets lower when he is around you.
- He calls you just to talk
- he gets friendly with your best friends
- He starts combing his hair and wearing nicer clothes ( This means he likes somebody.)
- He asks your friends about your plans. "Is Sue going to the Party?"
- He asks your friend if you have a boyfriend.
- He shows up and walks with you to class.
- He starts e-mailing and instant messaging you.
- Then one night, he calls and asks you to go out-- and then, you can be pretty sure he likes you
